Why milestone billing instead of hourly?
Hourly billing creates uncertainty — you never know what the final invoice will be. Every Quantum package is scoped and priced upfront. You pay for the deliverable, not the clock.
What are disbursements?
Disbursements are out-of-pocket costs like LTB filing fees ($201 for most applications) and postage. These are billed at exact cost with receipts — never marked up.
Can I upgrade mid-case?
Yes. If you start with The Warning and the tenant doesn't comply, you can upgrade to The Filing or The Hearing. You only pay the difference.
Do I get a refund if we settle before the hearing?
We issue a prorated credit for any unfulfilled milestones. If the case resolves before the hearing, you receive a credit toward future services.
